Seprod Foundation continues to support the Freedom Skatepark by covering operational costs, providing administrative and regulatory support and providing snacks for the homework programme.
We sit on the management committee and ensure that the park continues to be a well maintained,
safe and secure community space that is open and accessible to all. The Concrete Jungle Foundation Edu-Skate Programme continues teaching children life skills
through skateboarding. In addition to this hallmark programme, during the summer there were a
number of other programmes offered to engage the children. Summertime classes included
environmental sustainability (“Go Green”), auto mechanics, music, carpentry, gardening,
skateboard art and waxing and photography.
